Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

- Orders R1,000 and above: FREE shipping
- Orders under R1,000: R75 flat rate
- Estimated delivery: 10–30 business days after dispatch
🇺🇸 United States
- Orders R1,900 and above: FREE shipping
- Orders under R1,900: R300 flat rate
- Estimated delivery: 15–30 business days after dispatch
🌍 International (27 countries)
- Flat rate: R300
- Estimated delivery: 15–30 business days after dispatch
🌐 Rest of World
- Flat rate: R600
- Estimated delivery: 20–45 business days after dispatch

Tracking Your Order
