Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

• Orders R1,000 and above: FREE shipping
• Orders under R1,000: R75 flat rate
• Estimated delivery: 10–30 business days after dispatch

🇺🇸 United States

• Orders R1,900 and above: FREE shipping
• Orders under R1,900: R300 flat rate
• Estimated delivery: 15–30 business days after dispatch

🌍 International (27 countries)

• Flat rate: R300
• Estimated delivery: 15–30 business days after dispatch

🌐 Rest of World

• Flat rate: R600
• Estimated delivery: 20–45 business days after dispatch

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Use the tracking number provided to monitor your delivery status via the link in your email.
